Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop e-mail management solution, which will give you absolute command over your email box accounts and mailing lists. With this easy-to-navigate GUI, you can set up a new e-mailbox account in no time and manage its settings effortlessly. Additionally, you can redirect mails from one email mailbox to another, activate mail filters, create auto-reply messages and secure your email mailboxes against unsolicited bulk mail messages.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your email mailbox accounts against junk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesired electronic mail messages will find their way into your mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a message flagged as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given electronic mail account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are great for sorting your incoming mail messages based on certain rules specified by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your mail filter will be created and will go into effect instantaneously. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and choose the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily redirect your incoming e-mails from one e-mailbox to another, or even to several other email accounts. Just choose the e-mailbox you want to redirect electronic mails from, then select the target email mailbox and indicate if you want to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can easily set up the electronic mail client of your choosing to access your e-mail boxes. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox account you would like to set up on your desktop computer or handheld device and click on the electronic mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple email box accounts at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-reply message - specify the message you would like people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you want to set up a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
